Terms of use
A short summary of the terms on which the.in.ua operates.
1. Who we are
The.in.ua and all sites on *.the.in.ua are run by sole proprietor (FOP) Abyzov I. V., Lviv, Ukraine. Contact: [email protected], +380 96 526 8888.
2. The service
Reference tables, calculators, a knowledge base, a catalogue, builders and a cabinet for tracking processes and managing oCBot controllers. Most of the portal is available without signing in; the cabinet requires sign-in with Google or Telegram.
3. Account
- You are responsible for access to the Google or Telegram account you sign in with.
- Do not use the portal for spam, attacks, circumventing limits or accessing other people's data.
- We may restrict an account that breaches these terms.
4. Your data and content
What you enter in the cabinet belongs to you. We process it only to run the service — see the Privacy policy.
5. Calculations and advice
Calculators, reference tables and articles are for information only. Check results and follow the law and safety rules: distillation, heating, pressure and alcohol are hazardous. Decisions on use are yours.
6. Controllers and firmware
oCBot firmware and its licences are provided on the terms stated on the oCBot pages and in the plan description. Automation does not replace supervision of the equipment.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for indirect losses from its use, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. When the terms change, the edition date at the top of the page changes.
